(TECUMSEH, ON) On July 18th, 2015 the town of Tecumseh endured a massive fire to the Bondulle plant on Lacasse Boulevard. All available resources were hands on to help mitigate the damage. Many people worked tirelessly for hours, and Subway was there to help donating hundreds of sub to feed the troops.
Tecumseh OPP presented a plaque to Lyne Ringuette, and Yolande Latreille, owners of the Subway in Tecumseh in appreciation of their ongoing support to our community.
Subway has also partnered with Tecumseh OPP generously donating free ticket coupons for sandwiches to be handed out to students at L’Essor High School, and Tecumseh Vista Academy. These tickets will be handed out by the Tecumseh OPP HRSO.
The high school resource officer (HRSO) was designed to continually create relationships which will increase the police-youth relations and support school safety.
These relationships include; admin staff, teachers, management, school teams, school council, parents and students.
The HSRO is to become part of the school’s family make-up by attending the school at peak hours and socializing and participating in the school activities, ie sporting events, field trips (if possible), presentations, etc.
