(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Haldimand County detachment has charged a 19 year old male with Stunt Driving at a Kohler Road, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Tuesday March 4th, 2014 at approximately 8:00 am an officer was conducting R.A.D.A.R. enforcement patrols along Kohler Road when a north bound silver 2001 Saturn car registered a speed over 50 kilometres per hour over the posted speed limit of 80 kilometres per hour.
The vehicle was subsequently stopped and the driver identified as 19 year old Dominique SWANNELL of Haldimand County, ON was charged with Stunt Driving under the Highway Traffic Act. His driver’s licence has been suspended and car has seized for the next 7 days. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charge.
