(South Dundas) – On November 9, 2016 at approximately 4:59pm, an SD&G OPP officer intercepted a vehicle on Highway 401, South Dundas Township. A check of the adult male driver indicated that his driving privileges were disqualified stemming from a previous incident.
Brian ROBERTS (49) of Prescott, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;
– Drive While Disqualified
He was released and scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Morrisburg on December 6, 2016.
