(South Dundas) – On September 14, 2015 at approximately 7:37pm, Stormont Dundas& Glengarry Ontario Provincial Police officers responded to a report of a domestic situation at a residence on Victoria Park Crescent in South Dundas Township. Investigation indicated a male was in contravention of conditions (Not to Communicate directly/indirectly with Victim) imposed from a previous incident.
A male (46) of South Dundas, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;
– Fail to Comply with Conditions of an Recognizance (6 counts)
He was held in custody pending an appearance (bail) at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall today (September 15, 2015). The names of the accused persons are being withheld in order to protect the identity of the victim.
THEFT
(South Dundas) – On September 14, 2015 at approximately 11:02am, SD&G OPP responded to a report of the theft of a Utility Trailer from a property on County Road 4, South Dundas Township. Investigation indicated that sometime between (September 8-12, 2015) a 2003 “HOME” utility trailer (Plate # H4726M) was stolen
