THEFT OF ATV AND TRAILER
(South Dundas) – On October 5, 2015 at approximately 6:08am, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a theft of an All-Terrain vehicle from a residence on Smiths Road, South Dundas Township. Investigation indicated that sometime between (October 4-5, 2015) a 2009 Green 700 Polaris Ranger ATV on Tracks, a SUVE Trax trailer Plated – (H8097P) and a Honda 5000 Generator was removed from the property.
An investigation continues.
THEFT OF TRACTORS
(North Glengarry) – On October 5, 2015 at approximately 5:27pm, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a theft of Two Farm Tractors from a Business on County Road 20, North Glengarry Township. Investigation indicated that sometime between (October 3-5, 2015) Two Blue 2014 New Holland Farm tractors were removed from the business.
An investigation continues.
IMPAIRED DRIVER
(South Glengarry) – On October 5, 2015 at approximately 7:37pm, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers intercepted a vehicle on County Road 43, North Dundas Township. The investigation revealed that the adult male driver was under the influence of alcohol.
Dave MACFEELY (61) of North Grenville, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;
– Care or Control of a Motor Vehicle with Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol in blood
– Driving a Motor Vehicle while Impaired
He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Morrisburg on October 20, 2015.
