(South Glengarry) – On March 30, 2016 at approximately 3:40pm, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers intercepted a vehicle on Highway 401, South Stormont Township. A check of the adult male driver revealed that he was in contravention of conditions imposed (non-communication, keep the peace) from a previous incident.
Van Manh LE (35) of St-Leonard, Quebec was arrested and is charged with;
– Breach of Recognizance (3 counts)
He was held in custody pending an appearance (bail) at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall today (March 31, 2016).

(North Glengarry) – On March 30, 2016 at approximately 11:06am, an SD&G OPP officer responded to a report of individual(s) throwing eggs at vehicles from an overpass (Dunvegan Road) on Highway 417, North Glengarry Township. The c omplainant’s vehicle was struck causing a mess but no damage.
