(North Dundas) – On February 9th, 2014 at approximately 4:15am, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle from a residence on South Street, North Dundas Township. Information led officers to intercept the vehicle on County Road 43 a short time later. The male driver was also found to be under the influence of alcohol and unlicensed.
Matthew NIGHTINGALE (19) of North Dundas was arrested and is charged with;
– Take Motor Vehicle Without Owner’s Consent
– Driving While Ability Impaired
– Driving with More than 80 Milligrams of Alcohol in Blood
– Drive Motor Vehicle-No License (Highway Traffic Act)
He was released to appear in Morrisburg court on March 4th, 2014.
