(INGERSOLL, ON.) – On March 25, 2015 at approximately 12:38 a.m. while on general patrol an Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer observed a vehicle travelling northbound on Harris Street in Ingersoll without any headlights on.
The officer initiated a traffic stop and as a result of investigation two males and one female were arrested. The vehicle was identified as a 1988 Pontiac Firebird which had been stolen earlier this month from the City of London. Break and enter tools and suspected marihuana were also seized from the vehicle.
A 27 year old female, Nicole MACNEIL of Woodstock was charged with the following:

Class G licence holder – unaccompanied by qualified driver ~ Highway Traffic Act
Drive without proper headlights – motor vehicle ~ Highway Traffic Act
A 28 year old male, Leo BELMORE of Woodstock was charged with the following:
Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 – in Canada ~ Criminal Code of Canada
Possession Break – In Instruments ~ Criminal Code of Canada
Possession of a Schedule II Substance – Cannabis Marihuana – under 30 grams ~ Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
A 42 year old male, Dwayne KISH of Ingersoll was charged with the following:

Possession Break – In Instruments ~ Criminal Code of Canada
All parties will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on a future date.
