Stolen Vehicle Found Submerged

(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On Saturday, October 3, 2015, at approximately 5:18 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a vehicle abandoned in the river off the trail near Road 41B, south of the 8th Concession, in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.

Police learned that the vehicle, a white 2004 GMC Yukon, had been reported stolen by Guelph Police Services on Monday, September 28, 2015. The vehicle, which was damaged, was found submerged in approximately 2 feet of water. Guelph Police Services was notified.
