(North Dundas) – On July 28, 2013 at approximately 4:00am, SD&G OPP officers responded to a family dispute at a residence on South Street, North Dundas Township (Chesterville). Investigation revealed male had left the residence with the family vehicle without permission and that he was not licenced. The vehicle was located in Chesterville.
The 18 year old male was arrested and charged with;
Take Motor Vehicle Without Owner’s Consent
Young Driver – Blood Alcohol Concentration above Zero (Highway Traffic Act)
Drive Motor Vehicle – No Licence (Highway Traffic Act)
He was released (criminal charge) and scheduled to appear in Morrisburg court at a later date.
