(South Stormont) – On July 23rd, 2014 at approximately 9:30pm, SD&G OPP officers intercepted a vehicle on Dickenson Drive in the Village of Ingleside, South Stormont Township following a report of a traffic complaint. The stop revealed the male driver was under the influence of alcohol. A quantity of suspected marihuana was also seized by police.
Steven COLLINGRIDGE (35) of South Stormont was arrested and is charged with;
– Driving While Ability Impaired
– Driving with More than 80 Milligrams of Alcohol in Blood
– Possession of a Controlled Substance
– Driving Motor Vehicle with Open Container of Liquor (Liquor Licence Act)
He was released and is scheduled to appear on the criminal charges in Cornwall court on August 19th, 2014.
