(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) – On October 30, 2014 at approximately 3:18 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers conducted a R.I.D.E. program on Jones Baseline and Eastview Road, Guelph-Eramosa Township. Police spoke with a man driving a 2004 Saturn and learned that he was not to be driving a motor vehicle. He was arrested and charged.
Steve BALLA age 59 of Eden Mills is charged with Driving While Disqualified contrary to the Criminal Code.
He is to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on December 9, 2014 to answer the charge.
