(HUNTSVILLE, ON) As a result of an ongoing investigation by Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Huntsville Street Crime Unit, Almaguin Highlands Crime Unit and North East Region Investigations and Crime prevention Bureau; a Huntsville man has been arrested for drug related charges.
Police attended a residence on Elm Street in the Town of Huntsville on Tuesday November 8, 2016 and executed a warrant.
Stephen KAHLER 64yrs of Huntsville Ontario was arrested and charged with 2 counts of trafficking under the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act and one count of Fraud under the Criminal Code of Canada. The accused was held in custody and is to appear in Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on Monday November 14, 2016, in relation to the charges.
