On January 18, 2014, an altercation between two brothers at an apartment building on Silvercreek Parkway resulted in a 28-year-old Guelph male sustaining stab wounds to the head and hand. He was treated and subsequently discharged from Guelph General Hospital.
A 24-year-old Guelph male was arrested and has been charged with assault with a weapon, assault cause bodily harm, and weapons dangerous. He will appear in court on January 20, 2014.
