(TOWN OF MINTO, ON) -On February 10, 2014 at approximately
10:17 a.m., a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was monitoring traffic on Wellington Road 109 near Fourth Line, Town of Minto. A 2011 Cadillac was observed traveling at a high rate of speed and the officer obtained a speed of 132 km/h in an 80 km/h zone on radar.
The driver’s licence and vehicle were seized for a period of 7 days as per statute.
Spencer SCODELLARO age 22 of Mississauga is charged with Race a Motor Vehicle contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. He is to appear in Guelph Court on April 2, 2014 to answer to the charge.
