The Ontario Provincial Police, a County of Brant officer was conducting radar patrol on Puttown Road, on Monday October 7th, 2013. At approximately 1:58 p.m. the officer observed a silver Volkswagen travelling at a high rate of speed. The officer clocked the vehicle at 138 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone.
The driver of the vehicle Ryan MARANGONI 26 years of age from the City of Mississauga was charged under the legislation for Stunt Driving and his vehicle was seized for 7 days and he received a 7-day license suspension.
