(TOWNSHIP OF GEORGIAN BLUFFS, ON) – On Sunday, July 26, 2015 at approximately 1:31 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a 2008 Saturn for speeding on Hwy. 21 in the Township of Georgian Bluffs. The driver of the vehicle was found to be in possession of a small quantity of marihuana which was seized.
Charles Lee BHAGIRATTI, 35, of Scarborough, Ontario was charged with speeding under the Highway Traffic Act and possession of marihuana under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
He is schedule to appear in court in Owen Sound on August 27, 2015.
