(TRENT HILLS, ON) – In the early morning hours of August 4, 2014 a Northumberland Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was patrolling 1st Line East Seymour Township when he observed a truck travelling in an erratic manner.
The officer stopped the truck and noted that the driver showed signs of impairment. He was arrested and taken to the Campbellford OPP detachment where he provided samples of his breath.
As a result of these tests, Sonny HOARD aged 27 years of Stirling-Rawdon Township has been charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and driving while over 80mg. HOARD was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cobourg on August 20, 2014 at 9:30am.
