(BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – On February 8, 2014 at 1:03 am, a Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer attended Highway 6 north of Hepworth to check on a grey 2007 Dodge Ram pick up truck that was in the ditch. The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol 24 year old Songjan SOLOMON-JOHNSTON of Neyaashiningmiing First Nation Territory has been charged with impaired operation and care or control over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in Owen Sound court on February 27, 2014 to answer to the charges.
