(BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – The Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), with the assistance of the Grey County (OPP) are happy to report that the stolen painting taken from the dance on Saturday February 1, 2014, at the Propeller Club in Wiarton has been returned to the Club.
The painting was located at the front door of the Chatsworth OPP Detachment, wrapped up and undamaged. Grey County OPP returned the painting and assisted in hanging it. The painting, which is referred to as Captain Bullwinkle” has been hung back in it’s original spot in the Club.
The Propeller Club members were extremely happy to see the painting back and pleased that the suspect who took it was kind enough to make sure it was returned them undamaged
