(LARDER LAKE, ON.) – Members of the Kirkland Lake Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a local man following an investigation into a collision with injuries in Larder Lake, Ontario. The incident involved a snow machine coming into collision with a parked motor vehicle on Godfrey Avenue in Larder Lake. The operator of the Yamaha snowmobile was injured and transported to hospital for treatment. The incident occurred during the evening hours on February 2, 2014.
Charged is Dylan AITCHISON age 19 of Larder Lake, Ontario with Careless Driving and Fail to Report Circumstances of a Collision. Both offences are contrary to the Motorized Snow Vehicles Act of Ontario.
