(TOWN OF ERIN, ON) -On March 18, 2014 at 8:23 p.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were called to a motor vehicle collision involving a snow mobile and a ditch on the 3rd Line, Erin. During the investigation officers believed the driver had been consuming alcohol and a breath sample was provided which resulted in a fail.
Mark KRI age 50 of Halton Hills is charged with Over 80 contrary to the Criminal Code.
He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on April 22, 2014 to answer to the charge.
