(Napanee, ON) – On Friday, December 18th, 2015 at 5: 00 a.m. the Ontario Provincial Police Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau-Drug Enforcement Unit (OCEB-DEU), assisted by officers with the Napanee Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a residence on River Road in Greater Napanee.
Officers located a small indoor marihuana growing operation.
Charged with Production of a Controlled Substance and Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking are 32 year-old Dayn DICKSON and 25 year-old Aisha MILLIGAN of Greater Napanee.
Both were held in custody and are scheduled to appear at a bail hearing today.
