(BANCROFT, ON) – During the morning of October 11th, 2016 officers with the Bancroft Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a trespass to property act investigation on Old L’Amable Road in Bancroft.
Officers attended to speak with a female involved in the investigation, and while on the property observed a small marihuana grow located on the property.
Michelle JEWELL, 54 years of Bancroft, is charged with Produce a Schedule II Substance contrary to the Controlled Drug and Substances Act. The accused is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft on November 8th, 2016.
