(NAPANEE, ON) – On November 20, 2013, officers of the Napanee detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested a 28-year-old Napanee man that was wanted on an arrest warrant for assault and breach of probation for an incident that occurred on November 19, 2013.
Peter Christopher SPENCER was lodged in a cell at Napanee detachment. A short time later, an injury was identified. He was taken to hospital, treated and released into OPP custody where he remains to appear for a bail hearing in the Ontario Court of Justice, Napanee, this afternoon.
