(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On January 3, 2014, just before 10:00 p.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a collision involving a single motor vehicle rollover on Highway 40 near Electric Line.
The collision occurred when a Dodge pickup truck pulling a utility trailer travelling southbound, left the roadway and rolled in the west ditch. The owner of the vehicle, 30 year old Chad BENTLEY, from Wallaceburg, ON, has been charged with Improper Tires, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
No injuries were reported.
