(ST. CLAIR TOWNSHIP, ON) Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has completed an investigation into a single motor vehicle collision on Highway 40 north of Moore Line. The collision took place on August 13, 2014 just after 6:00 a.m.
The investigation showed that the male driver of a Ford vehicle was southbound on Highway 40 when the driver lost control of the vehicle and rolled the vehicle.
As a result of the collision, the driver was taken with minor injuries to hospital by Lambton Emergency Medical Services (EMS). Arthur LANSDOWNE, 23 years of age from Sarnia, ON has been charged with Careless Driving.
