(ST. CLAIR TWNSP, ON) Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Lambton Line near Kimball Road, August 19, 2013 just before 10:00 p.m.
The OPP investigation showed that the male driver, allegedly swerved to miss an animal, however he lost control of his Volkswagen vehicle, left the roadway and came to rest in a bean field.
The driver, Christopher HOCHHEIMER, 48 years old of Wallaceburg, with minor injuries, was taken by Lambton Emergency Medical Services (EMS) to hospital in Wallaceburg.
Lambton OPP is continuing to investigate.
