(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were dispatched to a single motor vehicle collision on the west bound off ramp from 403 Highway to Garden Avenue, in the County of Brant.
At approximately 3:52 p.m. September 10th, 2014, officers located the occupants of the vehicle at the Garden Avenue Service Centre. While the officer was talking to the male driver he observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The driver was taken to the County of Brant OPP detachment for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Andre FELIX 23 years of age from the City of Brantford is facing the following criminal charges
Impaired Driving
Drive Over 80 mgs of Blood Alcohol Content
Mischief Over $5,000.00
Resist Peace Officer
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on October 10th, 2014 to answer to the charge.
