(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), an officer located a vehicle in the ditch on Highway 24 near Bethel Road.
At approximately 8:24 p.m. Sunday April 27th, 2014, the officer stopped at the scene of the collision and while talking to the male driver, he smelled the strong odour of alcohol. The driver of the vehicle was give the Roadside Screening Test. As a result of the test, the driver was taken to the County of Brant OPP Detachment for Intoxilyzer tests.
Brandon DINSMORE 29 years of age from the County of Brant is facing the following criminal charge
Drive over 80 milligrams Blood Alcohol Content
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on May 16th, 2014 to answer to the charge.
