(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers were advised of a vehicle in the ditch on the 403 Highway near Middletown Line Road.
At approximately 6:53 p.m. Tuesday February 11th, 2014, officers were called to a vehicle in the ditch. Officers attended the scene and located a vehicle in the ditch on the 403 Highway. While the officer was talking to the female driver of the vehicle, he could smell the odour of alcohol. The driver was given the Roadside Screening Test and as a result of the test, the driver was taken to the County of Brant OPP detachment for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Lisa HAWKINS 52 years of age from Town of Strathroy is facing the following Criminal charge
Drive Over 80 milligrams
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on March 7th, 2014 to answer to the charge.
