(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating an ongoing situation involving an act of mischief.
On August 5, 2013 the City of Kawartha Lakes detachment of the OPP was contacted in regards to an incident where an unknown person(s) changed the message on the Kinmount movie theatre sign board. The message was highly inappropriate and was changed immediately upon discovery.
Anyone having information on this crime or any others is asked to contact the City of Kawartha Lakes OPP at 1-888-310-1122. Information can also be reported anonymously by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or by going to www.khcs.ca and submitting an anonymous tip online.
