(TOWN OF NEW TECUMSETH, ON)- The Nottawasaga Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to a residence on Queen Street in the Town of New Tecumseth for a young teen who had shoplifted.
As a result of the Police investigation, Police determined that the theft took place from a business on Victoria Street East.
Charged is a 14 year old female from the Town of New Tecumseth, she is charged with Theft under $5000 and Failing to comply with conditions of an Undertaking. The youth cannot be identified under the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
The youth was held for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Barrie, ON.
