(Hawkesbury, ON) Officers of the Hawkesbury OPP detachment investigated a shoplifting incident that occurred in the early evening of September 16th at the Jean Coutu Pharmacy situated at 80 Main Street in the Town of Hawkesbury.
The investigation revealed that a man and woman left the store without paying for a bottle of perfume. When confronted by a security guard, they both fled the scene.
Both were later arrested by OPP officers.
Mathieu WOODBURY (33 yrs) of Hawkesbury was charged under the Criminal Code of Canada with the following offences:
– Section 334(b) Theft Under SHOPLIFTING
– Section 733.1(1) Breach of Probation Order (3 counts)
Lisa BROWN (41 yrs) of Hawkesbury was charged under the Criminal Code of Canada with the following offences:
– Section 334(b) Theft Under SHOPLIFTING
– Section 733.1(1) Breach of Probation Order
