Shoplifter Arrested In Fergus – GAGNON

(TOWNSHIP OF CENTRE WELLINGTON, ON) – On Thursday September 21, 2017 Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a shoplifting theft at Zehrs Markets on Tower Street South, Fergus. Loss prevention staff had observed a male attempting to thieve approximately $800 in products.

44-year-old Leslie P. (Les) GAGNON of Fergus was arrested and charged for Theft Under $5,000 contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on October 31, 2017. He has also been banned from the store.
