(KINCARDINE, ON) – On September 28, 2017 at 1:13 a.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a possible impaired driver operating a Grey Chevrolet Silverado pick-up. The vehicle was located on Durham Street north in Kincardine and the driver was found to have been drinking alcohol. Thirty-year-old Erick RIVERA of Leamington has been charged with impaired care or control and care or control over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court on November 1, 2017 to answer to the charges.
