Shayne Bradley Neuman – Drunk Driving, Flight From Police

(Bancroft, ON) – On the 28 May 2017, in the early evening, officers from the Bancroft Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), responded to a traffic complaint which occurred on Highway 28 in Faraday Township.

Officers located the vehicle which failed to stop when directed to. After a short pursuit was initiated, the vehicle and driver were located and the male was placed under arrest.

Once the officers spoke to the driver they determined that the male had been consuming alcohol.

As a result of the investigation, Shayne Bradley Neuman, 35 years of Carlow-Mayo Township has been charged with:

Driving with over 80mgs Alcohol in 100mls of Blood

Driving while ability impaired – motor vehicle and

Flight while pursued by peace officer.

The accused was released on a promise to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft on June 27, 2017.
