(La Nation, ON) On February 24th, shortly before 1 am, in the Municipality of La Nation, while on patrol on County Road #9, OPP Constable Anne-Christine Gauthier intercepted a white 2000 Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck for speeding.
Investigation revealed that the driver was suspended from driving.
Shawn LEBLANC (29 yrs) of La Nation was charged with section 53(1) of the Ontario Highway Traffic Act for Driving while under suspension.
He was also charged with section 128 for Speeding.
He is scheduled to appear at the L’Orignal Court on March 6th at 9am.
