(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 41 year old male after checking a pick-up truck at Swimming Pool Road, Delhi, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, May 15, 2015 at approximately 1:59 p.m., police were conducting a R.I.D.E program (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) in the area of Swimming Pool Road and Talbot Road, when the pick-up truck was observed by officers.
The driver of the pick-up truck stopped the vehicle and fled into a nearby wooded area.
As a result of investigation, police charged 41 year old Shannon BUCK of Ingersoll, Ontario with driving under suspension and driving motor vehicle with open container of liquor.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
