(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers were called to a minor single vehicle collision on the 403 Highway near Wayne Gretzky Parkway.
At approximately 4:45 a.m. Thursday January 23rd, 2014, officers arrived at the scene of a minor collision on the 403 Highway. Officers located the female driver of the vehicle, and while the officer was talking to the driver, she observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The driver of the vehicle was transported to the Six Nations Police Service for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Shannon BUCHANAN 35 years of age from the City of Brantford is facing the following Criminal charge
Drive over 80 milligrams
Impaired Driving
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on February 28th, 2014 to answer to the charge.
