One male is facing charges after a victim reported being sexually assaulted. The teenage victim reported being sexually assaulted over a period of several years by her brother. As a result of the investigation an 18-year-old male was arrested and charged with sexual assault on a person under 16, sexual interference with a person under 16, and incest. He was released on a promise to appear and undertaking with conditions. He will not be identified in order to protect the identity of the victim. Detective Constable Trevor Nicholas investigated.
