(Township of Essa, ON)- On the 12th of May 2015 at approximately 1:15 a.m. officers from the Nottawasaga Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to an erratic driver travelling northbound on County Road 10 in the Township of Essa.
Before officers could reach the area, the erratic vehicle was involved in a single motor vehicle collision. When officers arrived, the vehicle was found to be a small grey car with a lone female driver.
The female driver from Angus was transported to hospital with serious injuries. Technical Traffic Collision Investigators from the OPP are on scene investigating and collecting evidence. The road will remain closed until further notice, on County Road 10 between the 25th Sideroad and Camp Hill Road in the Township of Essa.
The investigation is continuing.
