(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH SOUTH, ON) On Sunday March 23, 2014, Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were dispatched to a break-in that occurred at the Sebringville Post Office.
Investigation indicated that sometime between Saturday night and Sunday morning an unknown person(s) gained entry into the building by breaking the glass pane in the front door. An interior accordion security door was forced open which allowing access to the back of the building. Faye’s Antiques located in the same building was also entered.
The Perth County OPP and Canada Post are continuing to investigate this incident.
Anyone having observed suspicious activity at the Sebringville Post Office prior to Sunday morning is requested to contact the Perth County OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
