(CALEDON, ON) – On July 11th, 2014 members from the Street Crime Unit of the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) along with members of the Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) executed a warrant at a Village of Bolton residence. The warrant recovered a quantity of drugs, believed to be cocaine, hashish, marijuana and crystal meth. Police also recovered a quantity of cash at the residence.
Zachary Malcolm ALLEN, 21, from Caledon was arrested and charged with Trafficking, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking, 2 counts of Possession of a Schedule II substance and Possession of a Schedule I substance. Cassandra GONCALVES, 19, from Caledon was arrested and charged with Trafficking and Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking.
The accused male was held in custody overnight and appeared at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton the following day.
The female is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville on August 25th, 2014 to answer to the charges.
