(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – Member’s of the Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), along with the West Region Emergency Response Team (ERT), West Region Canine Unit and OPP Underwater Search and Recovery Unit (USRU) continue the search for George HANDZIK.
Police are requesting that members of the public living near Eugenia Lake, in close proximity to Concession 8, check outbuildings and property for any evidence that may assist police in locating George HANDZIK. Anyone with information can contact police directly at 1-888-310-1122.
Mr. HANDZIK, 84, of Napoleon Street, Eugenia, in the Municipality of Grey Highlands, was last seen at approximately 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 20th, riding his bicycle east bound on Concession 8 towards the causeway in Eugenia. He was reported missing on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at 7:28 p.m.
