(Otonabee- South Monaghan Township) – On Sunday October 26. 2014 at approximately 3:45 a.m. officers from Peterborough County OPP stopped and investigated an erratic driver on Division Road near Borland Line.
At this time a Jeep Liberty being operated by 43 year old Scott WARK of Asphodel Norwood was stopped and the driver was investigated.
As a result of the investigation WARK was arrested and charged with, Having Over 80 mgs of Alcohol in his Blood.
He was subsequently released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Courts on November 27 2014 to answer to the charge.
