OFFICERS INTERUPT B&E IN PROGRESS 2012-12-10
(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) On Thursday morning December 06, 2012, Perth County OPP officers were dispatched to a residence along Line 34 (Hwy.7&8) near Forest Road, where a suspicious vehicle was observed on the property.
Officers attended the scene within minutes of receiving the call and located a male on the property. The male had placed items from the garage near the pickup truck that had been backed up to the garage.
Scott VANSTONE (48) of the Township of Perth South has been charged with “theft under $5000†and “breach of probationâ€Â. He was held in custody and is to appear for a bail hearing on Monday December 10, 2012 in Stratford Court.
