(Otonabee South Monaghan Township, ON) – On Saturday April 19, 2014, at approximately 3:15 p.m. officers from the Peterborough County OPP had occasion to investigate a motorist on Highway 7.
Officers patrolling the highway at the time noted a BMW being operated in at a high rate of speed on the highway near Leanne Avenue. The vehicle was stopped and an investigation was initiated, as a result of the investigation 25 year old Scott MacDOUGALL of Petawawa was arrested and charged with, Having Over 80mgs of Alcohol in his Blood.
MacDOUGALL was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Courts on June 12, 2014
