(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 44-year-old male after investigating an incident at a Frederick Hobson VC Drive, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Friday, September 28, 2016 at approximately 3:04 p.m., an unknown male that was sitting inside a motor vehicle in the courthouse parking lot drew the attention of patrolling officers.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 44-year-old Scott Jason SHAW of Norfolk County, Ontario with care of control while impaired, care or control over 80mgs and having care or control of a motor vehicle with unsealed container of liquor.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
