(TOWNSHIP OF SOUTHGATE, ON) – On Monday, October 28, 2013 at approximately 6:52 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a possible impaired driver operating a Ford Crown Victoria vehicle northbound on Hwy. 6, north of Mount Forest.
A Wellington OPP officer stopped the suspect vehicle on Hwy. 6 near Varney in the Township of Southgate and found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. The driver was taken to the Mount Forest OPP Detachment for breath tests.
Scott Edward TILLSON, 53, of the Municipality of West Grey, was charged with impaired driving, over 80 milligrams and breach of probation.
He is to appear in court in Owen Sound on Thursday, November 21, 2013.
